In the Kitchen
Seabass Month – Many of you have asked us to bring back our much talked about Grilled Seabass. So, we will have this item available through the month of April on Thursday, Friday & Saturday dinner only.
Stuffed Bell Pepper - A large green bell pepper stuffed with seasoned ground beef with raisins, onions, garlic and mozzarella cheese topped with our homemade marinara sauce and grated parmesan and served with two sides and garlic bread...just like Mom used to make them.
Homemade Banana Pudding – A country dessert favorite has arrived at Eden Café. Ulises has been in the kitchen playing with the recipe and voilá it has become a customer favorite. So come check it out and enjoy!
